Haberdashery gift vouchers for eco craft and eco makers.
Want to buy a gift for a friend, colleague or loved one, but not sure exactly what to get? Gift cards are an ideal way to show you care while still enabling them to choose the exact item(s) they'd like.
What you need to know about gift cards
This is a digital gift card, not a physical one. You'll receive an email after purchasing which will contain details of the gift card and how to use it. You can forward this email on or include the details in a card for the person you're giving the gift card to. It can be used to buy any products listed on the site (except another gift card) and it can be used more than once, meaning the person you purchase this card for can buy whatever they like, as and when they need it, until the value is used up.
Gift cards are valid for a one year period from the date you buy them. Be sure to make the person you're buying this for aware of the expiry date of the gift card, so that they have the opportunity to use it before it expires.
Lost your gift card code? Not a problem - if you're the original purchaser, just send me an email with a rough idea of when you bought the card plus some proof of purchase and I'll do what I can to help you. If you were given the gift card by someone else, you'll need to ask them to get in contact with me.
Please note that you can request a refund on a gift card within the first 14 days of purchase, as long as it is unused, but you cannot request an exchange. Refunded gift card codes will be voided. After this period, gift cards are non refundable. Gift cards given as a promotional item by The Haberdasher Bee (such as a competition prize) are non refundable and cannot be exchanged.
