Delivery and Returns

Please note that delivery is not guaranteed to arrive on the estimated delivery date – this is an estimate only. With Covid-19, backlogs have occurred from an increase in packages in both Royal Mail and UPS’s networks, as well as staff needing to take time off for isolation and sickness. As I do not personally deliver your order, I cannot be held responsible for any late arrivals of orders – please see my Terms and Conditions for more information on this. If your order has not arrived five days after it was estimated to arrive, please contact me and I will investigate the issue.

Delivery

Please note that I am only able to ship to UK addresses at this time.

You have a couple of options for delivery depending on what you prefer. The standard option available is 2nd Class delivery via Royal Mail, however you can choose to upgrade to a tracked delivery with UPS if you wish. You will be able to see the different delivery options and costs as you begin your checkout, however your basket will automatically show the standard delivery costs.

2nd Class takes on average 2-3 working days to arrive, including Saturdays, though this may take longer if you are in Northern Ireland, or remote areas of Scotland. No tracking number is available for 2nd Class deliveries.

UPS Standard typically arrives the next working day (not including Saturdays), though for Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland this is extended to 2 days. For the Orkney and Shetland islands this is 3+ days. All UPS deliveries have a unique tracking number so you can see where your parcel is up to – plus, all UPS deliveries are carbon neutral as standard. If you place your order before 3pm on a week day (Monday to Friday), it will be packed and shipped that afternoon. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day.

Returns

You have the right to return a product for a number of reasons, as set out below. These rights are guaranteed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and my returns policy is checked against any amendments to the Act in order to ensure it remains compliant and doesn’t infringe on your rights.

If you place an order and change your mind before that order has been shipped, you have the right to request a full refund. If the order has shipped, you have a 14 day “cooling off” period from the date you receive the order in which to inform me that you have changed your mind. A full refund will be provided, minus delivery costs, upon receipt of the goods in excellent condition. If the goods returned are damaged or not in a saleable condition and you haven’t notified me to say you received the goods in this condition, I reserve the right to offer you a partial refund only. This could happen if you have damaged or lost the packaging, for example.

Returns which have clearly sustained damage during the return shipping will be refunded in full, minus delivery costs.

If your order arrives and it has clearly been damaged during delivery or it is faulty or defective, please email me immediately with photographs. I will happily exchange the goods at no additional cost to you. I check every product when it enters the business and before it is packed for shipping, but some faulty products may make their way through my quality checks as the faults may not be obvious or able to be visually observed.
